Assignments

Thank you for trying to stay updated on assignments.  However, I've come to find that there is a problem with the system and it won't sync or push the assignments posted to Google Classroom (GC) to the subscribers of the classes here on this site.  The entire point of having this link was to keep people updated, so obviously that is an issue.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and any confusion about the assignments not showing up.  This flaw lead me to create new tabs on the right of my Fisher page where you will find an assignment calendar.  Since even and odd period classes show up on different days, please be sure to check the calendar that corresponds to your class.  There you will find the assignments according to their due date.  Some description is provided by clicking the assignment, but to access the assignment itself students will need to actually visit GC.

I've already tested that this method of keeping updated actually works.  You can even look in the bottom right hand corner of the calendar to see a "+" symbol which will let you add this calendar to your own.  Please let me know if you have any trouble with it or any questions.  I hope this can be a simple fix for all of us.

Thank you for your understanding.

New Google Classroom feature!

As of 8/23, a new feature has been added to this site so that Google Classroom (GC) will be linked directly to this page.  Students should still access all assignments through GC to be able to work on them online and to turn them in through GC.  However, families can more easily follow what the class is doing by subscribing to the class through this Fisher page that has the green and yellow GC icon.

To avoid confusion, I will delete this class page on Friday 8/26 and direct everyone to the linked GC pages instead.  Please let me know if you have any questions or experience any problems.  Thank you.
