Pre-orders from the summer can be picked up by the girl's locker room.  If you have yet to order your uniform, please print the form attached and return it with cash or a check written out to Fisher Middle School. Leave your uniform in your locker, locked with your Master v606 lock.  

Note: 6th-grade students will wear their PE shirts, so they do not need to purchase a dance T-shirt.

We will go over the syllabus in class, but if you are absent, please familiarize yourself with the information in the syllabus.  You will be held accountable for knowing the information.  Test your knowledge by filling out the exit ticket.
