Rudolph Zipline

For those who have followed the Rudolph Zipline Chronicles--we have finished. We still have to let the cable stretch and retighten it to remove slack, but after that we should be able to hit top speed.

Table 1, Period 5--Our marshmallow challenge champions learning that a lean isn't always followed by a break! Their structure measured an impressive 79.3 centimeters. 

Back to School Night 2016

If you are unable to attend Back to School Night, my presentation is attached. If you have reviewed the syllabus you will find most of the information is taken directly from that document. There are a few additions--namely slides 2, 3, and 7. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.  

Note To Students/Parents/Guardians

It has come to my attention that there has been some difficulty finding the required notebook. I apologize. For this reason I have extended the deadline for this required material. I will also allow students to use 1, 2, 3, or even 5 subject Mead 5-Star College Ruled Notebooks. My intention was to keep it to single subject as backpacks are bulky enough already, but at this point any size Mead 5-Star notebook will do. I hope this helps and I am sorry for any headaches this may have caused.
