Continue with your rocket designs.
After completing slides 1-7, begin your prototype. You may choose your wing material (cardboard or poster board), but you may only use tape to put it together. I will provide string and parachute material when I return next week, but you should have a design ready to construct. You may NOT decorate your rockets...yet.
Turn in slide 8-10 here.
Here are the guidelines for competition. Remember, the goal is to the highest AND take the longest to touch down. You and your partner will make individual designs. It might be advantageous for one to focus on highest travel, and the other to focus on parachute deployment. Then, when it's competition time, you can combine your efforts into one solid rocket.
