Classwork for September 2 in Google Classroom

Classwork for September 2

1. Look at each photo in the slides. Make a comment about each of the photos. Here are some things to consider.

A good photo is clear, well-exposed, and engaging.
A good photo features a strong composition that directs the viewer's eye.
A good photo evokes an emotional or story-driven response.
A good photo has sharp focus, balanced colors, a level horizon, and intentional use of elements like leading lines and the rule of thirds.

Write your comments directly on the slides. You must write at least two complete sentences per slide.

2. Log into the yearbook app - at the top you will see an open book icon.
3. Pull down the menu and go to Ladder Diagram.
4. You will see that pages 4-5 have a layout already applied to these pages.
5. Click on one of the pages that is blank.
6. On the left, click on Activities Layout.
7. Choose a layout and spend some time moving things around and adding captions and other text.
