They will have time for their board game the rest of this week. If they brought materials, have them put it all on the back table by the door.

Time to study: 10 min. Allow the students to study using the Quizlet and Conjuguemos links posted on Google Classroom. 
Quiz Time: The Quiz is Scheduled for:
10:40 am for 3rd period 
1:35 pm for 5th period

NOTE: Before starting the quiz, ask the students to create the rows with the appropriate spacing. Ask the classroom helpers to pass the Privacy shields. 

The Quiz is 20 questions, and students will have 20 min to solve it. 📋 Test Day Reminders

The assignment is a 2-part: The students will complete the Slides first (Slide 7, students need to drag the answers to get the “code”). After getting all the codes, students will add them to the Google Form
Google Form: Even though students worked on teams, each student must submit their own Form.
Extra time: Review IXLS,  they can also watch the movie EAST SIDE SUSHI, they have the link on their classroom.

IF YOU BRING YOUR SALSA TO CLASS. SO THAT YOUR CLASSMATES CAN TRY IT, YOU WILL GET 2 EXTRA CREDIT POINTS ON THE VIDEO ASSIGNMENT.

Objective: To demonstrate your knowledge of house vocabulary and structure by creating a labeled floor plan.The Task
You will create a "blueprint" (a top-down map) of a house.
Option A: Draw the floor plan of your actual home.
Option B: If you prefer not to share your home layout, you may design a "Dream House" or a basic model house.
Requirements
To earn full credit, your project must include the following:
Structure: Draw the outlines of the rooms, including markers for doors (puertas) and windows (ventanas).
No Furniture Required: You do not need to draw furniture (like beds or sofas), but the rooms must be clearly shaped.
Spanish Labels: You must label every room and area using the Spanish vocabulary we have practiced in class.
Note: Be sure to use the correct definite article (el/la).
Vocabulary to Include:
Main Rooms: La cocina, El dormitorio (o cuarto), El baño, La sala, El comedor.
Connection Areas: El pasillo, Las escaleras, La entrada.
Exterior/Bonus Areas: El garaje, El jardín, El patio.

PAGES 2-3 COUNTRIES - EN INGLÉS - Write at least ONE COMPLETE SENTENCE about the traditions of each country. There are nine different countries, so you will write a minimum of nine different sentences.

PAGE 4 - Students will draw an altar dedicated to a loved one who has passed. If they don't know anyone, they can talk about a pet or a famous person. Students must write at least 10 complete sentences that describe who they were, why they chose them, and the things they will add to their Ofrenda and why. (Prepare to talk about this on Wednesday)

PAGE 5 - Draw your Ofrenda (Altar). They must have the same number of elements on their altar as the one you labeled on page  Color and label (en español)
