ONE action you took this week that made you proud of yourself (an accomplishment, a 'win') EXAMPLE: I'm really proud of myself that I remembered to bring my independent reading book to school with me every day this week
ONE action you would like to focus on improving starting next week. (a habit, a subject like math, reading etc.) EXAMPLE: I realize that I need to spend a few more minutes each day practicing on iReady in order to complete the weekly goal. So, I'm going to complete at least 10 minutes every day until my goal is reached.
