If you were absent today, we did a search for the following subordinating conjunctions in your story: after, when, if, since, while, because, as, although, before, until, unless, where, though, whether, even if, whenever, provided, even though, wherever, as soon as, that, in order that, so that and so as. 
If any of these words are at the beginning of a sentence in your story, check to make sure that you have a comma in that sentence.
