Please read and review the attached syllabus together and then HAVE YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN complete the required Google Form that can be found on Ms. Appleton's RJ FISHER TEACHER WEBSITE.
NOTE: In order for your parent/guardian to be able to open the document, they will need to go to my Fisher website which they can find on the RJ Fisher Homepage STAFF pulldown menu - select "Staff Directory" and the names are listed alphabetically.
If you understand the assignment and are able to complete this task, send an email to Ms. Appleton by Monday, August 25 @ 8:00 and in the email subject line type "GOT IT! - P. ___" in all cap letters with your class period included. You do not need to type anything into the body of the email. Example: Subject: GOT IT! - P.1
