1) Click on the attached link to access the Google Form
2) Answer each question on the survey
3) Submit when completed

1) Click on the attachment to access the class syllabus
2) Read through the class syllabus with your grown-ups
3) Remind your grown-ups to complete the Google Form linked on the last page of the syllabus

1) When instructed, walk/look around the classroom to locate the following items 
2) Fill in the Google Sheet as directed when you think you have found the item in the classroom
3) YES, you can work with others if you want!

1) Locate/take a current picture of yourself*
2) Print out the picture**
3) Write your first & last name along with your class period on the back of your picture
4) Write your "Rating as a Mathematician" (from the "Getting to Know You" Google Form) on the front of your picture
5) Bring the picture to class on the due date for submission

*NOTE1: 
The picture can be black & white or color
There can be other people in the picture with you or it can be one of just yourself
Make sure the size of the picture is bigger than a standard post-it note but smaller than a regular piece of computer paper
**NOTE2: If you have printer issues, email your picture to Mr. Cal to be printed

1) Write your metaphor or simile for math inside the shape you chose from the classroom
2) Cut out the shape along the dotted line
3) Write your first & last name along with your class period on the back of the shape
4) Bring in your shape to class on the due date for submission
