18. Inquiry Research Project: Second Settlers
I'm posting this now for anyone that wants to start looking through the documents. We will go over all of this together in class. Write down any questions you think of.
When conducting your research, make sure you are focusing on the 16th-17th centuries (1500s-1600s) along the East Coast of the modern US. Do not include information after 1750.
Be very careful about how you depict Native Americans. If you are using visuals showing a specific group, make sure the image is an accurate and respectful representation of them. For example, do not use images of the Hopi or Navajo when talking about the Powhatan people.
