Homework Center

The Homework Center is open during the following hours in Room R3:
  • Mondays from 2:50 to 3:50pm
  • Wednesdays from 1:30 to 2:30pm (due to staffing, we will only be open on 3/11, 3/25, 4/15, 4/29, 5/13, and 5/27)
  • Thursdays from 2:50 to 3:50pm
 
The Homework Center is not personal tutoring time, but provides a safe space for students to build their academic and learning skills in a supervised setting. Homework Center is staffed with LGUSD employees to support students with homework from their current classes.
 
Please note:
  • Students will need to sign in and out when they leave.
  • There is no Homework Center on minimum days
  • All school rules and expectations continue to be in place during this time.
  • Homework Center is intended to be a workspace. Students will not be allowed to play free choice games or have free social time during the hour to maintain the environment for those that need to work.
