We have the opportunity to play with the LGHS at other games, and also at two Fisher events. Everyone must fill out the google form to let me know if they are interested, and what events you can attend. I recommend filling this out with a parent because they know your schedule.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR INSTRUMENT AND MUSIC FROM FISHER TO LGHS!!!
If you have a large instrument, make sure you have a ride home from school.
Fisher Middle Students:
Wear: Fisher black music T-shirt; pants (jeans or black preferred), socks, and sneakers
Bring: instrument, lyre, flip folder with music, water bottle with your name on it
Before you get to the HS, make sure to eat something substantial, as there won’t be a dinner break before the game starts
Schedule
Field/Prop Crew to set up all bleacher pads and get cones and caution tape to block off the section after school
4:45 pm - Arrival at the LGHS performance building (see X on the map on the next page)
Fisher to use Practice Room 4 for storing instrument cases and check in with Ms. Ancheta
5 pm - Meet in Band Room to get with your sections
Introduce Mr. Walker
Icebreakers within sections
5:20 pm - Transition to Quad and get into arcs
5:30 pm - Rehearse/Warm Up in Quad
6:15 pm - Winds - Bathroom Break and grab water
6:15 pm - Drumline heads to area by Maintenance Yard
6:30 pm - Drumline to bring Football team on (then line up on the hash closest to stands)
6:30 pm - Walk to Football Field
Approx. 6:45 pm - 7:00 pm - National Anthem at Football Field
7:00 pm - Kickoff
8:30pm* - Anticipated End
* We cannot give an official end time to the football game. The duration of the game will depend on either (hopefully) how well the football team is playing. 8th Graders will be dismissed after they pack up their instruments in front of the Music building (Quad area) after watching LGHS Cheer and Dance perform at halftime. Parent/Student need to check in with Mrs. Ancheta before leaving campus so we can ensure all students are accounted for.
PARENTS
There is an event on campus starting at 5 pm, so please plan accordingly when dropping off your child. Please join us for the game! You can purchase tickets at the gate before the game starts, and look for the band setup near the end of the bleachers if you want to sit with the band parents. You are welcome to watch the 3rd and 4th quarters after picking up your child from the music building. All Fisher students who stay after halftime must be accompanied by a parent per the high school’s policies.

You are invited to a mock football game on Wednesday at LGHS football stadium. The high school will be practicing all the pep tunes in the stands and you are welcome to join them if you want to!
