Symphonic Band-1

We are having our first fundraiser cabaret concert January 29th at 6pm. The audience will donate at the door for the concert. Please fill out this form if you would like to perform either solo or with a group. You will work on the performance on your own and has to be cleared by a music teacher before the performance.

This is a required event for all Symphonic band and all 8th graders in band.

Wednesday, January 21st 3:30-8:00pm at LGHS

Includes rehearsal with the high school band, pizza dinner, parent meeting, and concert. 


This form WILL NOT WORK with your school email (it is through the high school, so I cannot edit it).  Your parent was sent the link and information on ParentSquare, so have them open it on their computer. Or, you can login into your google account on your parent's computer, , open this assignment and switch to their email account.
