Symphonic Band-1

2:45pm Arrive at Fisher (meet in the band room) 
Wear your full uniform: black marching shoes, black socks, marching pants, and jacket.  I recommend long sleeves and long pants or shorts underneath the uniforms. Long hair should be secured in the event of windy weather. Also, make sure to eat a healthy, hearty meal before coming to Fisher, as there will not be time to eat dinner until after the parade. 

 3:00-3:30pm Parade Practice at Fisher 
 3:30-3:40pm  Pack up and Load Buses
 3:40 pm Depart Fisher
 4:30 pm arrive at Los Altos (bus enters on whitney, turn right on 3rd street, park in 
                                                     the parking lot on the left before main street)
  4:30 - 4:40 pm snack and water
  4:40 - 4:50 pm lights and hats
  4:50 pm walk to staging area (3rd and state street)
  5:00 - 5: 30 pm warm up in staging area 
  6 pm Parade begins 
  6:30 pm Parade route ends 
  6:45-7:15 pm walk back to bus area, collect lights, pack up, and load buses
  7:45 pm arrive back at Fisher and unload buses
  8:00 pm students released to parents (sign out with Mrs. Ancheta before leaving)

9:00am Meet in downtown Los Gatos wearing full uniform, with your instrument only (no cases, no water). Specific Location TBA

12:00pm Pick up on the steps of the LGHS front lawn.  Students will not be released without a parent present or prior approval.

Wear your formal attire, be ready in the gym at 5:30pm
Performance starts at 6pm
