3rd Period FRENCH 1-2026-2027

On lundi le 5 octobre AND possibly mercredi le 7 octobre you will have a short speaking and a writing assessment. There is a small chance it may take two classes because I need to meet with each of you. You will be doing the written exam and other tasks in class while I will be meeting with each of you for the speaking part. Attached is the rubric for the speaking and writing assessments, so you will know how you will be assessed. 

Here is a summary of the assignments loaded that you need to do to in order to prepare:
Speaking test: 
> Read over the rubrics attached to know how you will be assessed.
> Gimkit Study for Speaking Test (separate homework assignment)
> Quizlet Bonjour Classe Questions (separate homework assignment)
> Practice Final questions cut out. (distributed in class and below) 
> Pratiquer les questions - slideshow with recordings of me asking you the questions you'll be asked. 

Written test: 
> Read over the rubric for the writing assessment to know how you will be assessed.
> You will have to write a short description of yourself in a paragraph format. Use the slide provided with the questions, these are the same we practiced in class.
> Review and practice writing and rewriting the descriptions of yourself written in class together.

You need to do the GRADED PRACTICE in order to get credit for this assignment. You will need to complete 5 minutes and complete 30 questions.

Please bring your cahier to class on Thursday so you can turn it in to be checked. I will be checking for your overall organization (colored tabs are on pages) and if pages are glued in and neat. See rubric attached (it's also in your cahier.
