Required Forms

1. The emergency/mandatory documents must be filled out before showing up to tryouts/practice.

2. Registration

A Parent Square post with the link will be sent to you to complete the registration phase of the sport.  AGAIN, this feature is only to be used AFTER you are notified that your child has made the team for a cut sport. If you have difficulty with registration online, please email Mark Fanderl ([email protected]) or Tiffany Borgia ([email protected]).

 

For non-cut sports, like Cross Country, we will notify parents a few days in advance through a Parent Square Post.  Those spots fill up fast, and we do have a capacity for Cross Country and Track.
