MILE RUN/PACER ASSESSMENTS

Yearlong dance classes will participate in the mile run and/or 20 M pacer test as a way to measure cardiovascular endurance. In order to perform at your best, please wear appropriate running shoes with laces.

FITNESSGRAM ASSESSMENTS

 
All 7th and 8th grade students taking dance for PE credit will participate in fitness testing.  Students are responsible for keeping a record of their data in their fitness portfolio (supplied by the PE department).
 
The FitnessGram test may be administered 3 times: Fall, Winter, and Spring.  Please visit the
